Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor to streamline upkeep and deliver quality service to residents. On-site Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 with on-call duties; you will respond to service requests, perform diverse repairs, and ensure safety and compliance across properties.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. You will maintain grounds and participate in trainings to uphold standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of related maintenance experience
EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification
Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of building systems and safety policies

Responsibilities

Prepare market-ready apartments with repairs and cleaning.
Respond to resident service requests promptly.
Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry.
Maintain grounds and common areas.
Respond to on-call emergencies.
Comply with housing laws and safety standards.
Attend trainings and represent Cushman & Wakefield.
