Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties to deliver high-quality upkeep and responsive resident service. You will manage repairs, safety, and preventive maintenance across multiple units, ensuring timely work and careful attention to resident satisfaction.

The role requires the EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years of related experience, with on-call shifts and compliance with housing laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Type II and/or CPO certification; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments, including painting and cleaning to ensure a quality product.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports maintenance issues affecting budget and safety to the property manager.
• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance and records activities.
• Adheres to state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies.
