Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily to support resident move-in, service requests, and preventative maintenance across properties. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and resident satisfaction, with on-call duties and adherence to housing policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains knowledge of maintenance functions including plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, scheduling, and life safety issues.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks to keep them clean and safe.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Reports maintenance issues impacting budget (life safety, vacant repairs, damages) to the manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Follows state/local/federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems for maintenance.
• Attends trainings and represents Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
