Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily communities. You will oversee maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and ensure timely, high-quality work to support resident satisfaction and safe living environments.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments, performing general repairs, and maintaining grounds, pools, and common areas. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, EPA 608 Type II or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas and dog parks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as required.
• Adhere to state, local and federal housing laws, codes and safety procedures.
