Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily to oversee upkeep and readiness of apartment communities. The role focuses on timely service, resident satisfaction, and quality work across maintenance tasks.

You will handle service requests, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations while representing the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 – Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting and basic repairs.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and report budget-impacting issues.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety codes.
• Attend training programs and provide professional service.
