Job summary
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Denver. You will oversee preventative maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure a quality move-in experience for residents while delivering superior customer service.
Requires 3+ years experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of housing laws. Responsibilities include on-site repairs, grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and coordination with property
Qualifications
- 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
- EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade/Tech/Vocational schooling.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Knowledge of state, local and federal housing laws and codes.
Responsibilities
- Prepares market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, housekeeping).
- Responds to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
- Performs maintenance duties (plumbing, pool and HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, caulking).
- Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; handles safety issues.
- Performs on-call emergency procedures and reports budget-impacting issues.
