Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support move-in readiness and quality service for residents. The role covers painting, repairs, and general maintenance to ensure a premier living experience.

The ideal candidate will have EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid drivers license. Responsibilities include timely responses to resident needs and safe operation of tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO or local city certification required.
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Market Ready apartments with painting, repairs, cleaning and related duties.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and dog park amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Perform maintenance as scheduled and adhere to safety policies.
