Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, in Las Vegas to ensure quality move-in, high resident satisfaction, and timely service. You will respond to service requests and help deliver superior customer service to residents.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and life safety issues, with a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience; EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to read and follow state, local housing laws and codes.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds; physically capable of field duties.
• On-call/emergency coverage as required.

Aufgaben

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and keep records.
