Cushman & Wakefield, in Las Vegas, seeks a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties managed by Evo Las Vegas. You will support residents with timely service, perform make-ready tasks, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across common areas and amenities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience, and certifications (EPA 608 Type II, CPO or local). On-site work and occasional after-hours duties apply.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II certification and CPO or local city certificate are required.
• Read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and operating instructions.
• Able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret simple graphs.
• Capable of solving problems with routine variables and following written or verbal instructions.
• Must be able to handle physical tasks and safety procedures on-site.

Responsabilités

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, pools/hot tubs, and dog park amenities in a clean, safe condition.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform scheduled maintenance.
