Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support residents in making ready and maintaining properties in Las Vegas, NV. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks with a focus on timely, professional service.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and EPA 608 Type II and CPO certifications. Some after-hours on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general maintenance skills are required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification is required.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, pools and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Reports maintenance concerns to Supervisor and performs scheduled maintenance.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies.
