Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• CPO or local required certification is necessary.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all market-ready apartments including repairs.
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and pool areas.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures.
