Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Multifamily Vue Fremont property in Fremont, CA. You will lead maintenance operations, ensure move-in readiness, and deliver exceptional service to residents, maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments, completing resident service requests promptly, and performing preventative maintenance across building systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience with EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance across multiple trades.
• Ability to comply with state/local housing regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and safety around the property.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and coordinate with management.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
