Job summary

The Cushman & Wakefield team in Fremont seeks a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily Vue Fremont, to support on-site operations and ensure quality move-ins and resident satisfaction.

You will perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, respond promptly to resident requests, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering professional service and on-time reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments and perform basic repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC).
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, pools, and safety compliance.
• Attend trainings and follow safety procedures; report maintenance concerns.
