Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties in the Bellevue, WA area. You will supervise maintenance activities, perform repairs, and respond to resident requests to ensure high-quality service and safety.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance, with on-call responsibilities as needed. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, EPA 608 Type II or CPO

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years related maintenance experience.
EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, housekeeping).
Respond to resident service requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of plumbing, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and life safety issues.
Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, dog parks, and keep them clean.
Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the manager.
