Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties to ensure quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service. You will handle maintenance requests, perform varied trades, and maintain common areas while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or equivalent certification, and a valid driver's license. On-site work with variable shifts and on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments through maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, repairs).
• Completes resident service requests promptly.
• Performs various maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Maintains grounds and common areas; supports safety and cleanliness across properties.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as required.
• Reports budget-impacting maintenance issues to the manager.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and keeps records.
