Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Vista Park Apartments. The role ensures quality move-in, timely service, and exceptional resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance requests and performing preventive maintenance across the property.

The position requires hands-on maintenance skills, knowledge of safety policies, and the ability to travel between properties as needed. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, pool, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, etc.).
• Keep grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks clean and safe.
• Attend required training and uphold Cushman & Wakefield safety policies.
