Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily communities. You will oversee maintenance staff, ensure timely service, and deliver high-quality move-in readiness while upholding safety standards.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry, plus knowledge of housing laws and safety practices. Travel between properties is involved; shift flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with repairs and cleaning to ensure quality.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas in safe condition.
• Handle on-call emergency procedures and document maintenance activities.
