Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties to oversee on-site maintenance, prepare market-ready apartments, and deliver high resident satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on trade skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), strong safety awareness, and the ability to respond promptly to service requests. A valid driver's license and EPA 608 Type II (or CPO) certification are required, with 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate
• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and general repairs
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and safety compliance
• Responds to on-call emergency procedures as required
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities
• Adheres to state, local, and federal housing laws and safety policies
