Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily property. You will oversee maintenance tasks, ensure move-in readiness, and deliver quality resident service, including timely responses to service requests and professional standards.

Responsibilities include supervising preventive maintenance, managing safety compliance, and coordinating with management to uphold property standards. Must have hands-on maintenance skills and availability for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, CPO, or local city certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs).
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as required.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and record activities.
