Qualifications

• High school diploma plus some college or trade school preferred.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification required; CAMT preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance knowledge essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for on-site communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in supervising and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Prioritize service requests and monitor daily workload to meet timelines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on appliances and equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs as needed.
• Manage make-ready process and coordinate with vendors.
