Job summary

Camden Development, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle service requests across our community. You will be customer-focused, a team player, and capable of make-readies, groundskeeping, pool maintenance, and preventative maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• High School Diploma preferred; trade certification highly valued.
• EPA Type I/II/Universal certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly.
• Coordinate tasks with the maintenance supervisor and team.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Identify safety or maintenance issues and report or fix them.
• Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs.
• Maintain community appearance and perform light maintenance.
• Record service data in Onesite and document maintenance activities.
• Perform electrical and plumbing work as required.
• Assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, notices, and inspections.
