• Able to perform tile work, carpentry, and all make-ready tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in supervising and scheduling maintenance activities.
• Monitor service requests, prioritize tasks, and expedite emergencies.
• Perform preventative maintenance on appliances and equipment.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in and complete repairs.
• Assist with the make-ready process, communicate with vendors, and track progress.
• Maintain records in OneSite.
