Qualifications

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service within a residential setting.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and perform lease signings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and renewals.
• Support marketing efforts to drive traffic and occupancy; assist with referrals and outreach.
