Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction through in-person sales and service at our communities.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, screenings, lease prep, move-ins, renewals, and relationship management with residents and prospects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Proficient with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify them in person; conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic and referrals.
