Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing apartments, screening applicants, and coordinating move-ins. You will deliver excellent resident service, conduct tours, and support renewals while coordinating marketing efforts to attract qualified prospects.

The role requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills, with experience in property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service a plus.
• Proficient in property management software and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications.
• Prepare leases and move-in packages; support lease signings and renewals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing and traffic-driving activities.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain high occupancy.
