Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive leasing, resident satisfaction, and renewals across our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, tour properties, process applications, and coordinate move-ins with a focus on service quality.

You will design and execute local marketing plans, utilize Entrata/Yardi/OneSite, and collaborate with teams to meet occupancy targets while maintaining property standards and safety

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Market, lease and renew strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, screenings, leases.
• Prepare lease and move-in package; coordinate smooth move-ins and renewals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Gather, analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and show quality across the property.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns and document requests.
