RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support move-ins while driving occupancy and revenue.

The role requires strong communication, sales and customer service skills, with proficiency in property management software. A valid driver’s license and weekend availability are expected.

• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; process applications, screening, and background checks.
• Execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic; manage renewals and inspections.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain property standards.
