Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue. You will greet prospects in person, conduct tours, process applications and screenings, and prepare lease documents for move‑in.

You will also design offsite marketing plans, manage renewals, and maintain property standards while delivering excellent resident service in a dynamic multi‑family environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face‑to‑face, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases and move‑in packages, ensure smooth move‑in and lease signing, manage renewals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic using referrals, internet tools and social media.
