Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue through face-to-face sales, tours, and timely lease processing. The role includes executing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and managing renewal activity to keep occupancy high.

The position requires strong communication and presentation skills, experience in property management or customer service, and the ability to work weekends as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Property Management, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, process applications, run credit/background checks and prepare move-in packages.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic using internet, social media and referrals.
• Gather market trends to inform property improvements and marketing plans.
• Manage lease renewal process and ensure renewals are signed on time.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and maintain safety and appearance of the property.
