Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing activity, conduct property tours, and process applications. You will support renewal efforts and maintain resident satisfaction across the community.

You will perform showings, screenings, and move-in coordination while leveraging marketing plans and technology to maximize occupancy and revenue. The role emphasizes guest relations and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced skills in communication, presentation, and delivery with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer skills: Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi and/or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Leads all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals: greeting prospects, property tours, showings, processing applications, background checks, and preparing lease and move-in packages.
• Ensures smooth move-ins and lease signings.
• Completes financial and administrative reports and other duties as assigned.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities including referrals, employer outreach, and use of internet marketing tools and social media.
• Analyzes market trends and advises on improvements to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Handles lease enforcement tasks including inspections, evictions, collections, and notifications.
• Coordinates lease renewals and ensures renewal documents are signed and implemented on time.
• Responds promptly to resident or owner concerns and coordinates with appropriate teams.
