RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing apartments, screening applicants, and coordinating move-ins. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth leasing experience for new residents.

The role emphasizes property marketing, resident satisfaction, and renewal activities, while maintaining safety and show-quality standards across the community.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills required.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or One Site) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit screening, and lease signing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic via internet marketing, referrals, and programs.
• Maintains property and show units to meet company standards through daily inspections and proactive upkeep.
• Responds promptly to resident and owner inquiries and resolves issues.
