Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; property management or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face; conduct property tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Drive offsite marketing and employer outreach to boost traffic and occupancy.
• Coordinate lease renewals and ensure timely signing and move-ins.
• Respond to resident questions and resolve issues while maintaining property standards.
