Greystar in Seattle is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability, occupancy, and resident data, while executing marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy. Strong communication and customer service are essential, with on-site responsibilities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities to achieve occupancy goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and execute move-ins.

Responsabilités

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspect apartments before move-in; coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Drive traffic via referrals, employer outreach, and internet channels.
• Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and are tour-ready.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals.
• Support lease renewal letters and timely signing of documents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and communicate with appropriate teams.
• Complete accounting, financial, and administrative tasks as needed.
