Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in.

The role requires staying informed about market conditions, developing marketing plans, and following policies to boost occupancy.

Qualifications

Experience in sales or leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours and show apartments.
Experience coordinating marketing plans and programs to boost occupancy.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
Inspect units prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for needed repairs.
Monitor market conditions and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic using internet marketing tools.
Track availability and leasing activities using property management software.
Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare leasing office for daily activities.
Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
Support lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
