Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will drive occupancy, manage resident satisfaction, and ensure a smooth move-in and lease renewal process.

The role involves greeting prospects, tours, applications, credit checks, and preparing leases, with a focus on maintaining high occupancy and revenue for the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident relations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate marketing and renewal strategies.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate updates with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Design and execute marketing activities using online tools and employer outreach programs.
• Track availability and leasing activities using onsite software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.).
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office daily.
