Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will design targeted marketing activities, drive traffic with online and local channels, and track performance using OneSite or Yardi to optimize occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and property marketing
• Ability to implement marketing plans to improve occupancy
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, run credit/background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and manage resident data
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases/renewals
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with residents about renewals
