Job summary

Greystar seeks a proactive Community Marketing and Leasing Manager in Seattle to oversee revenue and occupancy goals across on-site activities. You will lead leasing efforts, set pricing and concessions, and drive advertising strategies while coordinating with maintenance and on-site teams to keep units market-ready.

In this role you will supervise leasing staff, analyze performance data, and develop short- and long-term marketing plans to attract residents and maximize retention.

Qualifications

• Experience directing marketing, advertising and sales activities at a residential community.
• Ability to set rent pricing and concessions to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise leasing team members and onsite staff.
• Proven track record in developing short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Experience using property management software to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Stays informed about market conditions; develops short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses PM software for reporting.
• Ensure on-site units are market-ready; create mini-models and merchandising to promote units.
• Lead leasing process from traffic generation to move-in, ensuring policy compliance.
