Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a 359-unit community in Seattle to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will manage leasing to new residents, guide renewals, and coordinate with maintenance to keep units market-ready.

Daily tasks include greeting prospects, showing apartments, processing applications, screening credit and background checks, and using OneSite or Yardi to track traffic, leases, and renewals.

Formación

• Experience in leasing and sales to achieve occupancy
• Ability to develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance to ensure move-in readiness
• Develop and execute marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Maintain leasing data using on-site software (OneSite, Yardi)
