Job summary

Greystar is hiring a Leasing Professional in Seattle to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies and drive occupancy and revenue. You will conduct tours, respond to prospects, and ensure a stellar move-in experience for new residents.

Ideal candidates have sales and customer service experience, strong communication, and are comfortable with MS Office and property management tools like Yardi and OneSite. Housing discounts and bonus incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales and customer service experience preferred, but a positive can-do attitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Office; property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and explain apartment features to residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours (virtual and in-person).
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Assist in lease renewals and respond to resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Use on-site software to track availability, traffic, and leasing activities.
