Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will perform all leasing activities, greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and secure renewals, while maintaining high show-unit quality.

You will use OneSite/Yardi to track availability and activity, implement marketing plans, and ensure smooth move-ins in a dynamic on-site role with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ability to qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Processing applications including credit checks and background screens.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in packages.
• Maintain show units to company standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property staff.

Responsibilities

• Greets prospects, qualifies and tours, processes applications, conducts credit and background checks, and prepares leases.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in, ensures readiness and coordinates maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions, develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals and online tools.
• Uses OneSite/Yardi to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet quality standards and prepares leasing office for daily activity.
• Follows up with prospects to finalize leases or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal communications and ensures timely signing of renewal documents.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner questions and documents requests.
