Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate in Seattle to coordinate the community’s leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help achieve occupancy and revenue goals.

You will use on-site software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic, and resident data, while supporting lease renewals and ensuring high show-unit quality. This is a full-time, on-site role offering robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Greet and screen prospects, tour communities, and process rental applications.
• Screen credit and criminal background checks for applicants.
• Follow policies on concessions, specials, and renewal programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Prepare lease renewals and packages, and contact renewing residents ahead of move-out.
• Respond to resident and owner questions promptly and document requests.
