Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC in Nashville, TN, seeks a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) to lead multifamily/commercial construction efforts with a long-term culture fit. Join a century-old, well-established GC with a strong pipeline, flexible PTO, and competitive benefits.

The role focuses on initiating projects from design through buyout, coordinating with site teams, and fostering new sub/vendor relationships while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor / Construction Management firm.
Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in the greater TN / Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

Coordinate construction from design to c/o and buyout.
Work with Site Management staff for seamless operations.
Develop and maintain trade-partner relationships.
Direct project from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget and schedule.
Collaborate with owners and management to complete projects on time.
Manage 1–2 mid-rise apartment/commercial projects concurrently.
