Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Nashville, TN is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for multifamily and commercial projects with a long-term fit. The role emphasizes a strong culture, growth opportunities, and a supportive, professional environment.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in PM with a GC/CM and a degree in Construction Management or related field, with established TN/Southeast subcontractor relationships. Local office-based position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor / Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in the greater TN / Southeast markets

Responsibilities

• Initiate the construction process from design & land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to closeout.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless construction operations and help overcome challenges.
• Encourage new sub/vendor relationships in the area and maintain existing trade-partner relationships.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-con and initial construction efforts to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule.
• Work with staff, owners and management to complete projects from 'Trees-to-Keys' within the allocated schedule.
• Manage 1-2 projects simultaneously pertaining to mid-rise apartment complexes and garden-style/podium structures.
