Job summary

Henderson Group in Nashville, Tennessee is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) to lead multifamily and commercial projects. This century-old, locally based GC offers a collaborative culture, a robust benefits package, and strong growth opportunities within a professional, upbeat team.

You will manage design-to-field execution, coordinate with site staff, and foster trusted trade-partner relationships, with a focus on safety, budget, and schedule across 1–2 projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• 6+ years of project management experience with a GC/CM firm.
• Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in TN/Southeast.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design to buyout and scheduling through close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and issue resolution.
• Foster new and maintain existing trade relationships in the area.
• Direct all project facets from pre-con to kick-off ensuring safety, budget, and schedule.
• Manage 1–2 mid-rise apartment projects concurrently.
