Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline is preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Strong local subcontractor and vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the construction process from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to substantial completion (c/o).
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless construction operations and address challenges.
• Develop and maintain new sub/vendor relationships and nurture existing trade-partner relationships.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with owners, management, and staff to move projects from design through to occupancy (Trees-to-Keys).
• Manage 1–2 projects simultaneously in mid-rise apartment, garden-style, and podium-wrapped structures.
