Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related discipline required.
- 6+ years of project management experience with a GC/CM firm.
- Established local subcontractor and vendor relationships in TN/Southeast.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams from design through close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate with site management for seamless operations and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trade partners and vendors.
- Manage 1-2 mid-rise apartment/commercial projects concurrently.
- Oversee pre-construction to handover and client communications.
