6 Degrees Search is assisting a long-established Nashville-area general contractor in identifying a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) to support a thriving pipeline of multifamily and commercial projects. Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a General Contractor/Construction Management firm.
• Local subcontractor and vendor relationships in the greater TN/Southeast markets.

Responsibilities

• Initiate construction from design and land procurement through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations and to overcome challenges.
• Develop and maintain sub/vendor relationships in the area.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with owners and management to complete projects on time.
