Job summary

J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee daily operations across multiple McDonald’s locations. You will lead a team of GMs, ensure adherence to policies, standards, and safety, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and experience in restaurant management, with a focus on coaching, training, and performance improvement. This is a multi-unit, on-site leadership role in the Iowa/Waukee area.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general managers to align performance with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Oversee guest service, food safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Ops Managers to improve service times and training.
• Review P&L statements and support GM's to meet financial goals.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Execute national and local marketing campaigns and introduce new products.
• Oversee employee training programs.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans.
• Participate in community engagement to promote the restaurants.
