J&D Restaurants – McDonald’s is seeking Area Supervisors to oversee daily operations of multiple restaurants within their patch in Des Moines, IA. You will lead GMs, guide performance, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to train, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and local regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of general managers to meet company goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations across all sites.

• Collaborate with Ops Managers to improve service times and training.
• Review P&L statements and support GMs in achieving financial targets.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support deployment of national/local marketing and new products.
• Oversee staff training and development across restaurants.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement action plans.
• Engage with community events to promote the brand.
• Conduct performance evaluations and leadership coaching.
