Job summary

Double V Restaurants, Inc. is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams across multiple McDonald’s locations.

You will work with General Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and operational excellence while upholding McDonald’s values and fostering strong relationships with crew and customers. The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and a passion for superior operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as a General Manager, Supervisor, or District Manager in quick-service or casual dining
• Foodservice experience (preferred)
• Graduates of McDonald’s Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone (preferred)
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence
• Work closely with General Managers to achieve results and uphold McDonald’s values
• Build relationships with crew, leadership, and customers
• Ensure managers maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
• Drive restaurants to meet or exceed budget goals (labor, sales, profit, food cost)
• Enforce operational and company policies
• Support staffing process
• Develop managers to perform at their best
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
• Execute and refine operational plans
• Review reports, analyze performance, and create action plans to address gaps
• Follow up daily to ensure progress
• Manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills
